NHDTTD IMAGE REQUEST FORM

This form will guide you through the proper steps in requesting images from the New Hampshire Division of Travel and Tourism Image Library.

Photography obtained through the New Hampshire Division of Travel and Tourism Development is the property of the Division. The images in the Division's library are either owned solely by the Division or are under license by the photographer. Images are made available only to non-commercial editorial media (newspaper and magazine articles) promoting New Hampshire as a visitor destination. Books, brochures, advertisements and websites fall beyond the scope of our image use policy. Exceptions to this policy are rare and are made on a case-by-case basis, granted only through written permission by the Division.

Photography on loan from the Division is provided on a one-time use license and may not be reused without permission from the Division. Any other reproduction, or transmission of these images, by standard or electronic means, including web pages, is strictly prohibited without written permission from the New Hampshire Division of Travel and Tourism Development.

All images used are to be credited as "NHDTTD/photographer".

All non-electronic images borrowed shall be used only in accordance with the NHDTTD Image Policy Statement and must be returned within 30 days.

The New Hampshire Division of Travel and Tourism Development reserves the right to approve or decline any request for the use of images.
