NHDTTD IMAGE USE POLICY

Photography obtained through the New Hampshire Division of Travel and Tourism Development is the property of the Division. The images in the Division's library are either owned solely by the Division or are under license by the photographer. Images are made available only to non-commercial media promoting New Hampshire as a visitor destination. Exceptions to this policy are rare and are made on a case-by-case basis, granted only through written permission by the Division.

Photography on loan from the Division is provided on a one-time use license and may not be reused without permission from the Division. Any other reproduction, or transmission of these images, by standard or electronic means, including web pages, is strictly prohibited without written permission from the New Hampshire Division of Travel and Tourism Development.

All images used are to be credited as "NHDTTD/photographer's name" or New Hampshire Division of Travel & Tourism if no photograher name is listed.

The New Hampshire Division of Travel and Tourism Development reserves the right to approve or decline any request for the use of images.
